Vegan Mushroom Broth

This is a staple in anyone’s diet that wants to start the day off with energy to tackle their hectic schedule. Also, it is a very simple recipe to follow and have for days in your fridge to easily access.

Ingredients:

Locally foraged and dried wild mushrooms steeped in vegetable broth with rosemary, thyme and roasted garlic.

  • 🌿 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 🌿 1.5 tablespoons fresh rosemary
  • 🌿 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 🌿 3 teaspoon fresh roasted garlic
  • 🌿 sea salt to flavour

Based on 1 Servings: Calories: 26/ Carbs: 4.5g / Protein: 1g / Fats: .5g

Directions:

  • 🌿 use homemade or store bought low sodium vegetable broth and bring to boil
  • 🌿 steep mushrooms with seasoning overnight in broth after it has been taken off stove from boiling
  • 🌿 season with with sea salt to taste in the morning and remove mushrooms
  • Note: mushrooms can be used in other dishes (mushroom vegan tacos) or eaten on the side by themselves.
