Toasted super oats tossed in lemon maple yogurt with cashews, dates and coconut milk then finished with fresh strawberries, blueberries and toasted coconut.

🌿 1.5 cup toasted oats
🌿 4 grams toasted almonds
🌿 1/2 cup Balkan style plain yogurt
🌿 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
🌿 1 teaspoon chia seeds
🌿 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
🌿 1/2 cup coconut milk
🌿 1 tbsp maple syrup
🌿 30 grams toasted cashews
🌿 3 fresh strawberries
🌿 8 blackberries

Directions:
🌿 soak oats overnight in water, coconut milk, chia seeds and yogurt
🌿 in the morning add cinnamon, maple syrup, vanilla extract and mix together
🌿 finish off by sprinkling toasted cashews, toasted almonds, fresh strawberries and black berries on top
