Island Vibes Smoothie

This is a great recipe on a hot summer day when you are relaxing outside with friends and you are wanting a nutritious but very refreshing drink.

Ingredients:

Fresh pineapple, frozen mango, balkan style yogurt,  coconut milk,  banana, fresh ginger, Lemon juice, and vanilla vegan protein powder.

(2 servings recipe)

  • 🌿56 grams Fresh pineapple
  • 🌿120 grams frozen mango
  • 🌿1/3 cup balkan style yogurt
  • 🌿2/3 cup coconut milk
  • 🌿1 frozen banana 
  • 🌿1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 🌿1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 🌿32g Vanilla vegan protein powder

Based on 1 Servings: Calories: 220 / Carbs: 32g / Protein: 15g / Fats: 2.5g

Directions:

  • 🌿 blend fruit in water with and coconut milk
  • 🌿 add yogurt and lemon juice then blend
  • 🌿 add ginger and protein powder then blend to desired consistency
