Gut Health

The lower gut in a human being is truly the hub of the rest of your bodies overall health. Therefore, how we manage and nourish our gut health is extremely important to not only a high quality of life but also our life expectancy. Gut health affects your mental health, weight, blood sugar, and liver.

Think of it when comparing putting higher quality gas in your car or getting your oil change regularly, as opposed to using low quality gas and never changing the oil in your car. The end results are you most likely getting stranded in your car or looking to buy a new one (fyi you only have one body).

It all starts with what you do and donโ€™t put in your mouth on a consistent basis. Its perfectly fine to have unhealthy food occasionally but to eat it more often than 15-20% of your daily diet, you run the risk of hitting road blocks later in life and along the way.
